Leshan Fuhua thermoelectric phase II

The self-owned Power plant of Panzhihua (also known as 504 Power Plant) is located in Galiping Town, West Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. The existing installed capacity of 3×300MW (total capacity of 300MW) was completed and put into operation in April 1996, which has played an important role in the production of Panzhihua Steel and the safe and stable operation of Panzhihua power grid. With the implementation of the national energy conservation and emission reduction policies, Panzhihua Steel's existing generating units will be shut down after 20 years of operation. To this end, Panzhihua Steel Group implemented the 1×300MW coal gangue comprehensive utilization of self-owned power plant project (total capacity of 300MW) to replace the generator set to be shut down. The project plans to deploy a 300MW critical pure condensing unit and a 1025 ton hourly sub-critical circulating fluidized bed boiler. Using coal gangue, medium coal and slime from coal washing plants around Panzhihua City as the main fuel for power generation, this project is a comprehensive utilization project of coal gangue resources in Panzhihua City, which has great environmental and social benefits.

Now electronic belt scale and cyclic chain code verification device has been put into use, use process, the verification process is more convenient and fast, labor saving, accurate and reliable, and greatly improve the production efficiency.
